Day 1 - Market Tours & Cooking Class
We begin our culinary adventure at Funchal’s bustling market, where you’ll learn about the local ingredients that define Madeiran cuisine. With your guide, you’ll select fresh produce, meats,
and spices for today’s cooking class.
In the afternoon, we’ll head to a local kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll prepare traditional dishes under the guidance of a master chef.

Day 2 - Vineyard Visit & Wine Tasting
Today, we venture into the countryside to visit one of Madeira’s renowned vineyards. Here, you’ll learn about the winemaking process, from grape to glass, and sample a variety of Madeira

Lunch will be a traditional meal paired with wines from the vineyard. The afternoon is spent exploring the vineyard and learning about the island’s agricultural heritage before returning to Funchal for a relaxing evening.
